Guidelines for Doing Business at Heroes

We strive to keep both you and our employees safe.

• Masks are worn by all Heroes employees in the store, and we strongly encourage customers to wear them as well.
• We may limit the number of customers in the store at any one time and set up a line outside the store as necessary.
• We may limit how long customers can remain in the shop.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to limit that to one child per adult during busy periods.
• We accept all forms of payment, but strongly encourage contactless methods including ApplePay, Google Wallet, and Paypal Here.
• We have stepped up our cleaning and sanitizing procedures to promote a safer environment to shop in.
